Delivery & returns

Warehouse collection

Collection is available by arrangement from 8–10 Frank Street, Wetherill Park NSW 2164. Please call 02 9757 4329 to confirm item readiness and a collection time before travelling. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.

Delivery

Delivery charges are quoted separately. Add your items to the cart, enter your delivery address and postcode, and choose Delivery — quote required before payment at checkout. Select Request delivery quote – pay later to submit without paying. Please include stairs, lifts and access restrictions in the order notes. We will confirm delivery availability and freight cost. After you accept the quote, we will send a payment link for the products and delivery together. Delivery is subject to confirmation and is not included in the product price.

Retail returns & after-sales care

1-year product warranty. Products purchased directly from us are covered for defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for 12 months from delivery or collection. View warranty terms and claim details. This warranty is additional to your Australian Consumer Law rights, which may continue beyond the warranty period.

For damaged, faulty, missing or incorrectly supplied items, contact info@jachomeliving.com.au or call 02 9757 4329 with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful. Please contact us to arrange assessment and any return or collection.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply, including to clearance items. For a major product problem you can choose a refund or replacement. Minor problems will be remedied within a reasonable time. Original packaging is not required for a faulty-product claim.

Change-of-mind returns: prior written approval is required. Products must be unused, complete, suitably packaged and fit for resale. Approved returns incur a 15% restocking fee on the amount actually paid for the returned products after discounts and excluding delivery charges, plus customer-paid return freight. See our change-of-mind return conditions for transport responsibility and damage assessment. These conditions do not apply to statutory remedies for faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
